Moving from 1C/BAS to ISpro? We help prepare the data for loading and link the new accounting system with the other tools your business uses
ISpro is a Ukrainian system for running a company's accounting and operations, built by Intelekt-Servis, a company founded in 1990. It is a set of linked modules: general ledger, warehouse, payroll, HR, payments and more, and a company can switch them on one area at a time. Companies leaving 1C or BAS usually worry about the move itself: reference lists and opening balances have to arrive cleanly, and bank payments and reports must keep going. ISpro has its own tools for loading data from other programs and a connection point for other software. We prepare the exported data in the layout ISpro expects and connect it to the services you already use.
Reference lists from 1C/BAS (counterparties, products, staff) are prepared as files in the structure set up in ISpro's universal import and loaded without retyping.
Opening balances by account go into ISpro's opening balance module on the start date, so the new books begin from the same figures as the old ones.
Warehouse balances are entered on the date accounting starts, as set in the company card, and then checked against the old program.
Payment documents move between ISpro and your bank's client-bank system through files instead of being typed twice.
Other programs, such as a CRM, an online shop or a warehouse tool, can read and update ISpro data, so everyone sees the same numbers.
Automation scenarios
01
Moving from 1C/BAS one area at a time
Beforethe whole company has to switch programs at once, and any mistake stops everything.
AfterISpro is switched on area by area, for example payroll first and then the warehouse, while other areas keep running in 1C/BAS until their turn.
02
Reference lists and balances without retyping
Beforethe accountant copies counterparties, products and balances from the old program by hand.
Afterthe data is exported from 1C/BAS, cleaned of duplicates and loaded through ISpro's own import, and the totals are compared with the old books.
03
Sales and orders in one place
Beforemanagers keep orders in a CRM and the accountant re-enters them in the accounting program.
Afterorders and customers from the CRM or online shop reach ISpro on their own, and the accountant checks rather than retypes.
How it works technically
For those who want to check: each point links to the official documentation page it comes from.
ISpro is developed by the Ukrainian company Intelekt-Servis, founded in 1990.
Reference lists and other data are carried over with the Universal import item, and the user sets up the structure and formats to match the other system.
Implementation is usually carried out by Intelekt-Servis specialists together with the customer's staff, and can proceed one accounting area (module) at a time.
ISpro does not publish a tool that opens 1C/BAS databases directly: data comes in through ISpro's universal import in formats agreed in advance, and the import structure is set up for each source. The vendor describes implementation as work done by its specialists together with the customer, with a trial period in which accounting runs in parallel in ISpro and in the old system. In a peer-to-peer network without a server, no more than four workstations are allowed. We agree the scope with you and with the vendor's implementation team before starting.
How to start
Three steps from a first message to work on your project.
01
Leave a request
Describe the task in the form — in text or by voice. Budget and timing are optional.
02
We review and estimate
A developer studies the brief, asks about anything unclear and sends an estimate.
Is there a ready tool to move from 1C or BAS to ISpro?
The vendor's site does not describe a separate tool for 1C/BAS. Data is exported from the old program into files and loaded through ISpro's universal import, where the structure and formats are set to match the source.
Do we have to move everything at once?
No. The vendor states that ISpro can be implemented one accounting area at a time, and the trial period runs in parallel with your current system.
Can ISpro exchange data with our CRM or online shop?
Yes. ISpro has a connection point through which other programs can read, change, create and delete data, so orders and customers can reach accounting without retyping.
