A deal is marked as won
Before a manager fills out the invoice by hand after closing a deal.
After moving the deal to the "won" stage generates the document automatically, straight from the deal's own data.
Deals, calls and documents move through Bitrix24 on their own, tracked step by step
Bitrix24 is a big system built for teams that need every deal tracked from first contact to invoice. We connect it to your calls, your other business tools and the systems it needs to notify or be notified by, so a deal's whole path — funnel stage, timeline, documents — logs itself instead of being typed in by hand.
Before a manager fills out the invoice by hand after closing a deal.
After moving the deal to the "won" stage generates the document automatically, straight from the deal's own data.
Before a manager writes down who called after hanging up.
After the call links to the client's card the moment it starts, with the recording attached automatically.
Before someone opens that other system's dashboard to see if anything changed.
After Bitrix24 finds out the moment the status changes, without anyone checking manually.
Before a developer builds a one-off connector from scratch for a common need.
After we check Bitrix24's own marketplace first — many everyday tools are already there as ready-made apps.
Before a business commits to a paid plan without knowing whether the connection will actually fit its process.
After a one-time 15-day trial lets the whole connection be tried first.

Ongoing REST API access in Bitrix24 Cloud is available only on paid plans in the Vibe+ lineup; the entry Essentials plan does not include API access.

Source: apidocs.bitrix24.com ↗ checked 2026-09-25Bitrix24 supports two kinds of webhooks: an inbound one that calls API methods on behalf of the employee who created it, and an outbound one that sends a Bitrix24 event to an external handler URL.
Source: apidocs.bitrix24.com ↗ checked 2026-09-25The authenticity of an outbound webhook's request is verified by comparing its application_token value against the token shown in the webhook's own settings.
Source: apidocs.bitrix24.com ↗ checked 2026-09-25The REST API rate limit runs on a leaky-bucket counter: exceeding the threshold blocks further requests with a 503 QUERY_LIMIT_EXCEEDED error; on Enterprise the counter drains at 5 requests/sec up to a threshold of 250, on other plans at 2 requests/sec up to a threshold of 50.
Source: apidocs.bitrix24.com ↗ checked 2026-09-25Ongoing access needs a paid plan from the Vibe+ lineup — the entry Essentials plan doesn't include it, though a one-time free 15-day trial of the Professional plan lets you test the connection first. A single cloud request must finish within 60 seconds. Request-rate limits are also plan-dependent: lower plans allow fewer requests per second before being throttled than Enterprise.
